- A committee of parliamentarians, including Workers Party President Gleisi Hoffman, are arriving on this Monday, December 31st, to spend New Years Eve at the Lula Livre Vigil and participate in resistance activities. An intensive schedule of activities was announced, that will continue into the early hours of January 1st, in support of Lula. - Caravans full of people from around Brazil started arriving in Curitiba, Parana, and participating in activities on this Sunday, December 30th. There are hundreds of people coming in from across Brazil in support of the former President who was unjustly imprisoned on April 7th. - “Lula is not alone”. This was the shout of hundreds of activists who arrived on this Sunday at the Vigil in Curitiba. Many of them spent the night on the road and gave up spending New Years with their relatives to join the resistance demonstration for the best President that the country ever had. - Since the act of resistance in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, when Lula was unjustly imprisoned on April 7, 2018, leaders, artists and activists from Brazil and abroad visited Lula and denounced his arbitrary imprisonment.
