1 – The National Workers Party Directorate approved a resolution on this Friday, November 30th, officially thanking the Lula Livre Vigil. “The Workers Party thanks the activists of the Lula Livre Vigil, who have given solidarity for President Lula for 238 days, in front of the place where he is unjustly and illegally imprisoned in Curitiba, ” it says. - Also during the meeting of the party directorate, which took place in Brasilia, coordinators of the Vigil told directors of the routine of resistance in Curitiba, how the vigil operates, and they showed a calender of activities in support of ex-President Lula. They also spoke of Christmas for Lula, when people from all over the country will give their support to the ex-President. Parliamentarians and PT President Gleisi Hoffman will pass New Year’s eve at the Vigil, in an event that will also include mobilization of the activists.

- On December 2 and 3, representatives of the Paiol da Telha quilombo will participate in the Vigil activities and will take part in the traditional “good morning President Lula”, shout. They will also participate in a conversation circle about the history of the fight for land that they have engaged in for over 40 years of pain and resistance. The quilombo residents will also speak about what they achieved during the Lula governments.
