  1. Former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva had his rights arbitrarily violated by the judiciary one more time on this Tuesday, January 29. At the moment that this bulletin went to press, the judiciary has not guaranteed his legal right to go to the wake of his brother, Genival Inácio da Silva, Vavá, who passed away today. This right is guaranteed in the penal code but up to now, there is a legal tug of war going on, led by judge Carolina Lebbos, who is pulling every legal trick imaginable in order to persecute Lula.
